Big W - Big W Grand Central have launched contactless click and collect from our rooftop carpark to assist customers during this difficult time. Commencing Monday 6th April, you will be able to purchase your items on line from the comfort of your own home. Once the order has been packed and is ready for collection, you will receive a link via email with the option to select our contactless pickup service. Upon arrival at our collection point on the rooftop carpark (directions are provided via email), customers can send a notification to the store announcing their arrival via email to minimise contact. Toowoomba Fresh Orders can be emailed to [email protected] with an address, contact number, any relevant information such as dogs on premises, locked gates etc. by 2pm the day before delivery.
