A: Yes, proof of purchase will be required at the redemption point (Customer Service) for collection of an instant prize. If no receipt is given a game card will be accepted as proof of purchase.
Q: I don’t like my prize; can I swap it for something else?
A: No, instant win prizes cannot be swapped for an alternative prize.
Q: Can someone else collect my instant prize for me?
A: No, you will be required to collect your own instant prize as your name will need to match with the prize database. Your winners’ email and ID will be required to confirm.
Q: Where are the in-centre kiosks?
A: The in-Centre kiosks are located in the Food Court precinct on Level 2 and next to Customer Service on Level 1. You can also enter the competition via your personal device by visiting www.grandcentraleatspinwin.com.au

A: All prizes can be collected from the Customer Service Desk on Level 1 during the following times:
Monday - Friday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday: 9am – 8.30pm
Saturday: 9am – 4.30pm
Sunday: 10am – 3.30pm
