Sensitive Santa at Grand Central
A quieter session with lower lights and sound, for children who need a little more time and space. No queues, no rush — Santa goes at your child’s pace.
Sensitive Santa runs during special hours, before the centre gets busy. Music is off, lighting is dimmed and the surrounding area is kept calm and quiet.
Your child can take as long as they need. Some families sit nearby and watch, some wave from a distance, some go straight in for a hug — every version is a good one, and our team will follow your lead.
Bookings are essential so we can keep numbers low and give every family the time and space they deserve.
What to expect
- Reduced lighting, no music and a quiet surrounding space
- Longer appointment times with no queueing
- A social story and photos of the set available before your visit
- A team briefed and trained to take things at your child’s pace
