Purchase your Bundle of Fun and keep the good times rolling:
- Purchase your Bundle of Fun Pass from 9am on Thursday 2 January 2025.
- Present your ticket to the Customer Service Desk on Level 1 (near Mecca and Myer) anytime from Thursday 2 January - Friday 31 January 2025 to redeem your pass. Please ensure you have your email confirmation ready to present.
- Redeem your vouchers at participating retailers from 9am Thursday 2 January - Friday 31 January 2025.
Please note: Passes can be collected from 2 January 2025 and can be redeemed until Friday 31 January 2025. Passes must be collected by person who purchased.

Refunds are facilitated online only by the customer through Eventbrite between Thursday 2 - Thursday 31 January. Refunds are only available for unused or uncollected Bundle of Fun passes. Any passes that have been partially used cannot be refunded.
