Toowoomba Busking Festival

Toowoomba Busking Festival is a free and family friendly festival celebrating music and filling the CBD of Toowoomba with fun and life! It's not just another battle of the buskers competition, but the heart is to champion the musicians in the city, give them a voice and value them as artists with something beautiful to give to the community.

There will be live music throughout the day on the main stage at the Grand Central Square as buskers in the competition perform throughout the CBD from 10am. Everywhere you turn there will be live music to fill the city!

The preliminary round will be old-school busking; just the musicians, their instruments and the city around them. During the preliminary round, secret judges will be watching the performances and picking the top buskers for the finals. You can also vote for your favourite performer at Grand Central.

The finals will take place on the main stage at Grand Central Square where finalists will get a shot to sway the judges and take home a grand prize.

This event is an initiative of YWAM Toowoomba. All work for the festival is done on a volunteer basis.
