QIC Limited (ACN 130 539 123) as trustee for the QIC Grand Central Trust (ABN 66 686 839 924) (“QIC”) is the owner of Grand Central Shopping Centre. By registering for pet photography, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Pets are strictly limited to Dogs, Cats and Guinea Pigs only (no reptiles or farm animals are permitted). Alternative animal requests may be submitted for approval, however must be approved by both photography staff and Centre Management staff. The photography staff and Centre Management’s decision is final. Photography staff have the right to refuse animals that are aggressive towards staff.
No pets will be allowed inside Grand Central Shopping Centre before or after a scheduled photography session.
Pet waiting location: on the Central Square grass. Queue fencing to be in place to allow for pedestrian traffic.
All dogs participating in Santa pet photography must be vaccinated.
Any dog listed as a restricted breed dog in Queensland is not permitted.
It is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean and dispose of any droppings that may occur by their pet whilst at Grand Central Shopping Centre, including whilst in the carpark and travelling to the photography area.
Customers will be requested to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled photography time to register attendance with photography staff on arrival.

Sunday 17 November 2019 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday 24 November 2019 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday 1 December 2019 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday 8 December 2019 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday 15 December 2019 7:00am - 8:30am
Control measures: All pets must be on a lead, or in an appropriate carrier, toilet trained, well behaved and be in the control of their owners at all times. Pets may be presented out of cages in the photography area only.
One family of pets in the photography area at any given time – 5 minute bookings will be made from Customer Service. This will allow for only up to 5-6 families to be waiting together outside at any one given time.
To the extent permitted by law, QIC, its subsidiaries, associated entities, their directors, employees and representatives (the “QIC Parties”) disclaim all responsibility and liability for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by any person or pet directly or indirectly in relation to the pet photography (including loss or damage to the pet itself), whether that loss or damage is caused by any fault or negligence of the QIC Parties or otherwise.
